Beef and plantain skewers (beef dodo)





Red and green bell pepper

Tomato sauce

Seasoning cubes

Salt to taste

Curry and thyme

Oil to fry

Bamboo sticks


Cut the beef into small pieces and cook in a pot, add seasoning cubes, curry and thyme and salt to taste. Dice the plantain and fry. In a pan add tomato puree, a tbsp. of beef stock and salt to taste add the beef and stir fry. Garnish with bell pepper and onions using the bamboo sticks.
