no matter the amount of gifts we try to offer to Him, if our hearts aren’t pure in doing so, the gifts we offer are meaningless.

reminder… purify. reconcile. only THEN go before the Lord and offer our gifts (hearts) to Him, who is worthy of our entire being.

one year ago.

was a good day.. thank You Lord.

its been what, 3 months? since i last bball’d – and today i was able to do just that.. i must admit, felt good. in the early goings of shooting around, i really felt like ive never held a basketball.. mishandling my dribbles, my shot was wayyy off, and my passes were even off.. but by the end of the night, all that were still true, but add that my thighs were aching like a motha. ahhh, Basketball.. the good kind of pain =P

waking up maddd early this morning gave me a headache. there was this community project that i went to to commemorate MLK. it was pretty awesome stuff, we pretty much went to this one neighborhood in Overtown and did their landscaping.. it was def a good time, hanging out with my classmates and acting a fool. side note: there’s nothing like pwning rocks with a pick (axe) that validates a man. hahah. speaking of which i have a collection of nice blisters, BUT i got a free shirt. win/win? i think so.

im so very tired.. but it feels good.

i feel like jim mora right now.. haha. my once 9-3 buccaneers lost 4 straight to miss the playoffs. but its okay. on the thursday the 8th of 2009, the gators will make the Sooners gator food. anyway.. playoff projections..

Wildcard:
- ravens beat fins’ (i want the fins to win since theyre florida team, but the ravens D is money)
- colts take down SD
- eagles beat vikings
- falcons beat cardinals..

no upsets wildcard weekend.. but then….
- nfc divisionals — Giants and Panthers win and play in the conference championship
- afc divisionals — colts beat steelers and titans lose to Ravens..

superbowl: Panthers, Colts.. and the Colts win it..

being that i know least of how these teams have been playing all season, football highlights and 2 weeks worth of sunday football will help in my guestimations. haha.. Go Bucs!! (next year Lord, please.. hahah)

i really shouldnt even be on the computer. the house is hectic right now with everyone running around getting pack for our road trip to north carolina (and you know my house is loud). some cities we’re hittin up are: coulfax, asheville, atlanta, columbia, savannah.. any suggestions on what to do while were at this cities, text away. uhmm..

this is gonna be a fun one.. lots of screaming, lots of laughing, and def memories to be made.. Lord im excited to see what you’ve got to show me in this trip. thank you Lord for the blessings. Merry Christmas people, hope you get what you want, but more importantly want what He gives.

the Gators are SEC champions.. beating former #1 Alabama, without 2 starting Defensive tackles, our #1 Wide receiver (harvin), and our leading rusher (rainey). i guess you can call that, percyverance. funny how that OleMiss loss turned out to be a real blessing.
Manny Pacquaio Galvan Baria is on a rampage.
my buccaneers have a big game tomorrow. a virtual lock for our division with a win. Superbowl is in tampa.. College championship game is in Miami.. Lord you love me that much??? ahhh..

Christmas.. is almost here
i suggest everyone go watch a Christmas pageant/play with their families. theyre awesome!!
going around barnes and nobles today i saw some perfect presents i could give to my friends/fam. being that i dont have money, you all will be getting Christmas cards, and some of you, E-cards. =X
